Sleeping more on weekends doesn't make up for sleep loss.

A new study reports that sleeping in on weekends does not reverse the damage caused for lost sleep*. This is especially bad news since, according to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), approximately one-third of all adults in the US do not get the recommended 7 hours of sleep per night.
